330 smg / clutch problem

Car: 330Ci with SMG (SSG) year 2002

Original problem: Clutch slides, flywheel makes rattling noise.

Fixed by replacing clutch disc, pressure plate, flywheel, bearings AND actuator (because old was leaking).
Note! All parts are BMW original, and double checked with chassis code.

All DIS service functions has been run after change (teaching-in, charasteric reset etc).

Current problem:
To be able to drive with 1st gear, you need at least 2500-3000rpm to move-> so clutch slides very badly.
After clutch has been released, there is no sliding and car drives normally.
When shifting to 2nd gear, there is "bang" sound coming from gearbox, just like clutch is not pressed at all.
After 2nd gear is in, it slides again, and needs higher rpm's.
This same continues when shifting to 3rd, 4th and so on...

There is No error codes what so ever.
We have tried SW update -> SW was already up2date.

It is like pressing/releasing the clutch would happen in really slow motion...

I'm totally lost here at the moment, so PLEASE, if somebody has anyidea what could be wrong, reply, send me PM, email, anything...

I assume this was install by your mech and not by BMW dealership? If so send it to BMW dealership to check for proper installation and procedure. Clutch will start slipping when there is insufficient hydraulic pressure. It happen to me too when my actuator O-Ring went bust, it cause leaking of the hydraulic fluid and my clutch would start to slip.

Installation was done according to DIS instructions, so we did follow proper procedure.
Of course there can be mistakes done, but I seriously doubt that.

We will take the gearbox and clutch out once more during upcoming weekend to see is it leaking.
At least there is no sign that it would leak to outside, since the actuator is brand new like I wrote.
And if it would leak to inside badly, I assume hydraulic oil should be coming out between gearbox and engine mounting?
