Hello Hello! 2004XI
Just wanted to introduce myself here.
Been wrenching on cars since I was 15. Spent 10 years in Hondas and the last two in Jeeps. Very excited to tackle DTM! Basically nothing I wont try to do myself on a car, with the right tools and the right information, nothing is impossible. Mostly for the first year I want to learn the car, do the necessary mods, maintenance, etc...then year two it bombs away. Will have questions, but I promise they are good ones. |

Does it work, yes, as advertised, but its a pretty kludgey system. that said, for what it does, with what it has to work with, its pretty good.

Yo fellow import from Detroit, I'm from Farmington. I see a decent amount of mods on this thread.. good job sir!! do you have any pics?
I switched from Honda as well, I used to drive a 2000 Honda LX for about 8 years or so and what a great car it was. Not from the high performance perspective but man that car ran perfect until the day I sold it. Also, owned a 92' Kouki S13 for a few years and then this year I bought my first 330ci and it's quite handful for a stock car Cheers

I installed Dice silverline pro in my car and it was pretty easy, i still have it in my car but i never use(now getting dynavin so i will take it out and sell it or keep it). All i did was, i connected the connectors with the cd changer harness and then routed the main wire under the driver side and then i installed that wire with the dice unit. My dice unit is under my driver's seat and it is glued to a metal piece under the seat. I found this method was easier so i did it this way because i didn't wanted to open the glove box and other stuff.
