I just got off the phone with Roman@ESS and we are working together on the pricing for the SMG shift modification at the moment. Once he releases that information to me I will make a new thread to do a GB on that. So once I get a response I will publish the GB prices for this modification.

As for the ECU reflash for Top speed limiter removal, permanent dyno mode and SES light. I was informed by Roman that his tuner will need to do further testing before releasing this and that we will be able to sell this to everyone sometime in the next 3-4 weeks. Once I get the information and prices I will run a GB on this as well. Thank you everyone!

hey guys whats this dyno mode... I read somewhere the m3s have a ristriction of 6k rpm on a dyno so im assuming this is the dyno mode you guys are talking about allowing it to go to 8200 rpm... I asked my dyno guy about this but he says hes never had to put any e46 m3s in dyno mode when they were on his dynapack machine?

They will need a GT1 to put your car into dyno mode, or you will want to get your DME reflashed by AA or ESS to put your car into permanent dyno mode.

Chris.

did this permanent dyno mode thing ever get released? just wasted 85$ on some dyno pulls because the car wouldn't go past 6500, oddly I didn't have this problem on the dynapack I went on a few weeks ago just on the dynojet... most dyno places around here don't have a GT1 is it mainly a BMW tool, if so that's why only BMW mechanics will have it and no BMW mechanics have dynojets around here...
