recent experience (not good) with MIStools.net

Ordered both FCAB/RTAB bushing tools two weeks ago. Sellers communications is poor, it seems as though Moosa Siddiqui only replies to email inquires on Thursdays and the replys are very minimal to say the least. I received a call last night from them (I think his name is Louis?) stating that my order was shipped, great I thought, finally! I get my order today and excited to finally receive it and quite ansy because after ordering and wondering why there wasn't communication afterwards (I had to initiate it), I researched them on other forums and others are having issues as well.

Low and behold, they only shipped the FCAB tool. I left an email and VM. i'm hoping this gets resolved soon. They used to be such a great company, now it seems as though via research they have gotten shady
