according to a bmi scale, i'm almost obese
![]() btw, ive decided to stop drinking milk. ive developed lactose intolerance over the past year or two and a tall glass of milk tears my insides apart. i liked milk because it was protein in a beverage, which meant that if i needed an extra 10-15 g of protein in a meal, i could just have a glass of milk with my food. what do i do now? any suggestions? only thing i can think of is soy milk, but i think soy milk's gross

I'm at the Hyatt in Atlanta for NPC nationals (my gf is competing, not me - compared to the guys here, I'm the 98lb pencil-neck weakling from those old cartoons).
Downtown Atlanta is not very good for eating clean and well. If I want to have three good whole food meals a day, my only choice is the hotel's competitors' menu, and I'm looking at like 100 bucks just to eat rice, veggies, and a chicken breast ![]() So far today I've had about 8oz of fruit and 50g of whey. Waiting for the gf to get her spray tan now.
