Shift Lever Lube?

Anyone know what the "Lubricant" is that is used for the shift lever? it's kinda a yellow color? could be some sort of grease? anyone? mine is a little dry and squeaking a bit, thanks!

i use regular high temp Axel grease, it sticks around and if its good enough for a wheel bearing im sure its good enough for the shifter assembly, i lubed the plastic ball and all the joints and fittings..

Kluber sells it direct for $272/kg(!)
