2009 BMW 335i sedan Dinan Stage 3 8500 miles fs/ft

For sale or trade is my 2009 BMW 335i sedan.White exterior with black interior with 8500 miles on it. The car has the full stage 3 DINAN software with Dinan's Front Mount Intercooler and oil cooler. It also has the following modifications:
BMW Performance steering wheel
BMW Performance 19 inch rims powder-coated black with Toyo tires
BMW Performance full carbon fiber interior
BMW Performance Black kidney grills
Active Autowerke BOV
KW Variant 3 Coilovers
Corner Balanced
HKS stainless steal Exhaust
ECS Tuning Vent boost guage kit
Red painted calipers
All Parts installed by Jotech in Dallas Texas
The car runs and drives beautifully. Very controllable and fast as hell. A few weeks ago i drove a new m3 and this car was far superior in performance and comfort. The car was always stored in a cooled/ heated barn. Since the performance parts on the car are Dinan and installed by a BMW Dealership, the factory warranty is still in effect. Selling because I would like to trade for an extremely nice e46 m3 HPF or sell. my asking price is $43,000. There is NOTHING wrong with this car everything is in perfect working order. Clean carfax.
