Most others would have done a little research before receiving their Dynavin so when it comes time to install they are ready to go rather than being stuck on the very first step of "do I need to remove the dash trim?"
Anyway, I'll stop being a jerk now in case you get upset.
I didn't realize realize the piece over the dash had to be removed to get the middle piece I have never taken them apart.. I read all those posts lastnight and they showed removing both but I was wondering why the one above the glove box needed to be taken out as nobody mentioned it, which I now, after doing it see why.. sorry if I upset you. These things may be simple, but the amount of pulling on those vents were scary there are two other posts asking the same thing..

I should point out that I provide a detailed install guide for all of my customers so this doesnt happen to them....the Dynavin Info thread was never intended as a DIY, it was a review and information source specific to the dynavin as there are threads elsewhere detailing dash disassembly etc...So I made a true DIY guide but it reserved as one of the "perks" my customers get when they choose to go with me....

Hey Jeff, I realized that and you sound like a great place to buy the V5 from.. infact if you would have had them in stock I probably would have gone with you because you are clearly more than trustworthy, the three "perks" from Unmitza were availability, they shipped it from ten miles away so it came the next day and they were $50 cheaper.

But those perks did nothing for you to get it installed. I was going to post up what Jeff did about his guide, but figured he would chime in. There is a reason the information threads are not 100% complete and this is why. It is a perk and imo, a much bigger perk than the ones you listed. As you can see, the people who have bought from Jeff don't really need install help and if they do run into something, Jeff is right there, damn near 24/7 to help.

Glad you got it done and figured out. While I am new to this message board and BMW's, I do run a part time performance shop for american cars (mustangs, vette's, camaro's etc) and being on those boards for yrs, you get sick of the people that ask what the best intake, exhaust, shifter is. The cars have been around long enough, just like the e46 and 99.9% of the information has probably been posted before.

And we'll have a full DIY with a video in the next 2 weeks once people start coming back to work after being on vacation and being sick

Glad you received the item exactly as described, when described, and at a favorable price!

We are available via email 24/7 as well and have assisted every customer directly via email without the need to post on public forums.

Hey Jeff,

When you sent me an e-mail last week you told me you would have them by the end of the week which wasn't bad but I wanted it RIGHT NOW!

Thats good, but word of mouth goes a long way these days and the way of the internet is a prime example of word of mouth and you can see first hand from customer responses about Jeff's service. I have purchased from you before without issue. Just saying that with regards to Dyanvin, right now Jeff can't be beat. I will gladly pay more for the level of service jeff provides.

Well I e-mailed Jeff and he wrote back to me the next day and seemed very nice, and like I said I probably would have gone with him if it wasn't for the few reasons above, and I haven't dealt with Umnitza before this but the couple times I spoke to them they answered right away and answered all of my questions.
