better remove the money from your account before he freezes it

and i wouldnt have sent him the wheels... thats what the deposit is for... when he backs out

interesting...I think you did the right thing but I wouldn't have sent the wheels till the claim is done.

For a fee you may potentially be able to intercept the package at Fedex as well. Just keep that in mind before its delivered.

I would lose the claim if they were not delivered. I'm just gonna stick to the original plan and let paypal do what's right.

+1.....I agree, this sounds like some type of scam effort on the buyers part that didn't work out for him...

And the first half of this. Id get that money out of there ASAP, that way it will be much harder for him to screw you.

I don't know if you PM the mods with this stuff if they can/will do anything but since this may have been a scam they might want to ban him so he doesn't screw anyone else.

I had removed the funds, however with the claim, pp requies the funds back in there or you account is locked.

the buyer should be able to change his mind especially since you haven't shipped yet. That's what the deposit is for. You having other commitments with the money should not be part of this transaction.
eg. amazon allows you to change your order given that it hasn't shipped yet

He paid, it just took 3 days to clear since it was an echeck. If he hadn't paid and said he didn't want them, correct i would have just kept the deposit.

I really like the class of people on this forum that let this guy talk so much crap with y'all out even wanting to hear the other side of the story. today he sends me this thread, so everybody can think what they won't. just know that this thread is 100% one sided and not one person asked what's me side. really makes you think who's the honest person here. i asked for a refund way before he sent the wheels. thats his problem if he decides to still send them.

Well what can I tell you, man. OP, presented reasonable evidences(whether it is real or not) to back up his argument. We based our standpoints on the informations that were given. Feel free to back up your side of the story, and for the record, I'm neutral in this because I also understand where you are coming from.
