Dead Sub: Need DIY Advice

**EDIT** Never mind. This sub has dual voice coils, and I reversed the polarity. I'm such a n00b.

My JL Audio Subwoofer isn't working after I re-glued the voice coil cover. I don't know what I did to break it. What should I do to get it working?

I purchased two old JL Audio 10W6s from ebay a couple of months ago that had both been re-foamed. I only needed one, and I mounted into a Wicked Magic Box. It worked great until I heard a buzzing noise....the voice coil cover had started coming off. I removed the sub from the box (I wanted to add some stuffing), re-glued the cover, and re-installed.

No sound....not even a peep. I confirmed that the amp was putting out sound with another speaker, and I connected the speaker wires directly to the sub. Nada. The other speaker doesn't work either. I have never taken a sub apart and wouldn't know where to start.

I also have an old working Soundstream SS-10 that needs re-foaming. Anyone know where to get a kit for such an old speaker? Thanks.
