I need help! I got a resistor for my LED khoalty interior kit and I can't seem to figure out how to install it.

Just bought the same kit but haven't cracked it open yet. I'll be sure to send you my input once I get to it.

Don't think you need one for the interior kit. It's used for the exterior blinkers when you switch to leds to stop the hyper fast blinking when you signal. Also to get rid of any error lights that come on to tell that you have a bulb out.

You will most likely need one for interior LED's, some people don't though but i did. I installed mine in the footwell, you need to tap into both of the wires down there (brown and red/blue). I'm pretty sure the headlamp wires are the same 2, theres a brown and red/blue wire up there which are the same as the footwell so i guess you can tap into those if you would like. Once you decide a place and tap it you will notice a huge amount of heat from the resistor. This is what i was worried about, but i have been informed this is normal and it won't hurt anything... Hope this helps
