My car works fine and has no problems. Is it normal?

Hi,

I have E46 330i ZHP 2004.12.

I checked everything on the car today and unfortunately every bit of the car works fine. There are no problems what so ever! Nothing is broken, nothing scratched. No weird engine or steering or transmission or fuel pump or exhaust noises. All electrical systems are fine. Car's ULF is working perfectly with my android phone. Voice commands are working, navigation is working. The car is clean. My CarPC connected through TV module and AUX + I-BUS works perfectly fine.

What should to do now?
Should I just drive it and enjoy the ride?
Did something like that happened to anyone before?

You better do some preventative maintenence so you can screw something up.

You must not be a real enthusiast. There is always someone wrong; you're just not looking hard enough.

OH...and you didn't knock on wood.....you're in for a world of sh*t. Better be prepared to bust out the mastercard and bend over in front of a mechanic.

This is absolutely not normal, you should get it checked out immediately.

Put your car on jackstands first. Not on the jackpad, put the jackstands on your sideskirts.

I recommend changing your oil - use nothing but non-synthetic Sunoco 15W30 and a Purolator filter.

Your air filter could be a problem as well, I recommend changing it out for an extremely well-oiled K&N. Install it immediately, do not allow the oil to soak into the filter medium. A turbonator will need to be installed immediately in front of the MAF.

Lastly, you are going to have to drain your gas tank. Fill it up with nothing but Costco 87 Octane. I hear this is spectacular gas.

Take it for a test run and make sure you shift no lower than 6000RPM until your engine warms up. This will hopefully solve your problem.

Hope that helps. Report back with results.

I also recommend rolling your windows up and down, non stop for hours at at time.

Take your car to the dealer, there is a problem with you not having a problem! Might have to fork out some major cash for fixing a no problem, problem =[

We should hire a comedian to record these lines for an audiobook.

Something is seriously wrong. You must fix it until it breaks. Then you can come ask if the ebay parts are the best for replacements. Once your car is completely f*cked up, you can tell us it's all BMW's fault, and something about their marketing was the main culprit for your troubles. After, you can go back to owning a honda, since like most here, you are probably a former honda owner anyway.

The dealer will find something to repair.

I am not a real enthusiast either. My car works better than the OP's and costs cheaper than a honda to run.
