Eibach Sport System Plus

any one familiar with the Eibach Sport System Plus ?
For a 1999 323i Part No. 4.6720.680 on bav auto
$ 1134.95 doesnt seem too bad. Possibly thinking of purchasing this set unless some one has a better option as my car has 240k miles on it now, and as far as i know is well past time to get the shocks replaced.
