As the title states this is a build thread for a E46 325ci with the Technique Tuning Stage 1 Turbo Kit. The stock dyno numbers are 174whp and 160wtq. The preliminary results thus far at 6psi are 247whp and 227wtq. This is just 6psi with a basic tune. Nick will be taking it up to 8.5 psi the max for stage1. More on that later. The dyno graph below is a comparison between the stock Dyno and the dyno at 6psi. As you will see in the dyno graph the mid range dips. Most likely need some new spark plugs. Will keep updating as I get new info for you. Here are some pics of the car and what you really want to see the Dyno graph. Comments welcome

congrats on this!!!! Solid numbers! Keep us updated on this! When done, any chance u could dyno it on a dynojet? it's easier to compare to others' dynos on SAE corrected dynojet graphs :-).
Keep it up!!!

Not bad for the first crack at 6psi. What ECU are you tuning MS43 or 45?

Your numbers are sick.
But I don't like how the kit looks like.Especially the oil return line. But im no torbo specialist. Anyways very clean BMW and sick numbersfor 6 psi. Enjoy Kent |

I used to have that kit, and it's sick. The build quality is amazing. The oil drain, iirc is an aeroquip pushlock hose on brass fittings with the npt pipe threaded in. I don't remember exactly what hose Nick used, but it felt quality like aeroquip hose. I use aeroquip hose on the same type of fitting, on the same type of setup. I kept it as I never has any issue with it.
