My Ride: Project 330xi
FS: Authentic GruppeM Intake AND Nitto NT-01 255/40/17 R Compound Tires

I have these items sitting in my garage now and with spring in the air I figured someone could get some use out of them.

1. GruppeM intake. This is an authentic GruppeM with the carbon kevlar heat shield. It will only fit the 323/325/328, no 330 or M3. The heat shield and filter media are in fantastic shape. The filter will need to be cleaned and oiled before use. I'll even include a K&N filter charger kit. There is a rubber gasket that goes around the edge of the heat shield which has become very dry and is beginning to break apart. You can remove the gasket altogether or buy a new one from your local hardware store. Price is $100 FIRM.

Further information about the GruppeM intake (and pics installed): http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=653046

2. Set of four USED Nitto NT01 R compound tires. All four are 255/40/17. I had these on a 17x8.5 ET40 wheel with no rubbing in the front. They have roughly 4/32 rubber, which means they still have around 65% life left. No pictures, however I can provide them upon request. Price is $200 OBO.
