FS: COMPLETE 2004 330ci engine + 6 speed SMG transmission, - ecu, wiring, etc $2,800

My friend has a 2004 330ci with a 6 speed SMG gearbox (SSG). He is the second owner of the car and has had it since it had only 18k miles on it. He is currently in the middle of swapping an S54 + transmission in the car out of an M3 and will have all his stock stuff for sale. He will sell everything - motor, transmission, ecu, motor wiring, ews, steering column with key, smg shifter, 330 SMG cluster (with the right mileage), corresponding LCM, etc as he will be swapping all that stuff with M3 parts.

He will also throw in a brand new oem sach's clutch (they transmission shifts fine and the clutch grabs great but might as well change it out while the motor and transmission are out of the car). The motor and transmission have 90k miles on them, but they are 99% highway miles. My friend has a long highway commute each day and racked up the miles that way. The motor has brand new oem NGK spark plugs, new gaskets, etc. It also has a set of stainless steel aftermarket/performance headers that he will include on there. He is looking to get $2,800 FIRM for everything, the engine and transmission are still currently in his car and will be for another week or so if anyone wants to hear/drive it before it comes out.
