Go to the doctor. After telling him the following, he will run blood work.

1.) Weight loss

2.) Stomach/lower bowel pain

3.) Throwing up

4.) Diarrhea

5.) And the nail in the coffin: "I ate undercooked meat"

My Ride: What else?
Happens to me every time I go to Africa.....constant painful diarrhea for a week or 2 straight (have you ever been woken up by stomach pain and had to run to the bathroom?)

I lose probably ~10bs each trip...sometimes I'll be sick for up to a week after I get back

good because you can get trichinella spiralis from undercooked pork, which can nestle comfortably in your skeletal muscle and then multiply!

What's the fastest way to loose your gut seriously without starving yourself?
Jogging, stomach excersises, eating smart? I've heard a lot just want it off fast.

diet 1st, exercise 2nd. If you eat like sh1t and hit the gym every day and you wont see a difference but if you eat good and never workout you'll see results.

Of course a combination of two are much better.

Get your diet in check, do cardio, and ab workouts.
