We all know we need one, let's try to make this one stick.

I am putting my 18's on tomorrow morning and the car is getting an alignment on Thursday at 8:30 at Bavarian Performance Group in Winchester. Can't wait.

For my next mod I'm thinking of either doing new brakes (previous owner put on crappy aftermarket pads and rotors so they pulsate and shake the wheel pretty bad when braking at higher speeds ) but that's not really a "mod." I also want to do Hotchkis Sways I've always wanted them, but can never find a set at a good price. ($500+? )

I also want to schedule a full detail, probably with the new sponsor in Wakefield (Unique something?) whose supposed to be really, really good. I guess I want the works, wax and definitely a good interior one as well. My rocker panels are all faded and yellowing, I'm hoping a good detailer can bring them back and they won't have to be resprayed.

What else is new?

BPG is just a lot closer to me now since I moved to Tewksbury.

Sam, I'll post my first reply to this thread by saying: You owe me 10$! WOO HOOOO!!

Get some nice new OEM Genuine BMW 330 rotors and pads. I put a pelican parts brake package on my wife's car and they didn't last nearly as long as the OEM ones. I think i've honestly put about 80K on my front and rear rotors/pads, and they still have plenty of wear room left, they're just f***in amazing!

To Khoalty LED or Not?

It is almost summer now after all, and the POS Predator Chromium's think they're the bawss now and want to come on all the time. might as well get a summer out of em and get the LED's in the fall..

Yeah, definitely doing OEM. I used a TMS set on my 325 way back when, and those worked fine, so I might just do that.

$400 for the kit through TMS, or $580 through Tischer...

What do you guys think about the Khoalty LED angel eyes i mean you really cant beat the price... but is the quality that inferior... ive looked around the forum and found mixed feelings about them... any thoughts?

my thoughts exactly. I don't see what the big deal is with other brands touting this and that. I saw the Khoalty ones in person (not lit up), and they look solid. Looks like I might even be able to pull the housing apart and take the LED circle out to fit into my Depo projectors.. and i spoke too soon about the chromium's. Even though it was a warm 55 degress out yesterday, I still had one ring out

I've never seen or had the Khoalty LED angel eyes, but I've heard good things about them. Personally, I've had the Umnitza Orion V2 and the EAS Aurora. I prefer the Auroras. There a little thinner and not so freakin' bright and don't have the pearl necklace effect that the V2s have.

I dropped my M3 off last night at Sansossio for a bit of cosmetic body work. Getting both bumpers repainted. Having a 1 piece CF front lip spoiler installed. Having the front bumper reflectors removed and plastered over. Having a few dents PDR'd. Can't wait to have all those blemishes gone. They would always annoy the hell out of me when I washed the car or took pictures of her.

I've got a CF rear diffuser coming in the next few weeks as well as new exhaust tips. I think that'll be it as far as appearance mods go.

I had ordered new wheels but the lead time on them was too long, so I canceled that order and that money is now going towards the above mentioned paint job. The wife mentioned last night that maybe I should use my upcoming bonus to buy the wheels, but now I'm thinking I'll live with the OEMs. Gotta save the bonus to buy a new winter ride. The truck's about had it.

Oh, and still loving the ride on the BC coilovers. Still on the fence about getting new sway bars.

out of curiosity cause i am thinking of doing at least my front, what does Sanssosio charge for repainting a front bumper? I know their shop is top notch.

Your best bet for an accurate price is to just call them up. I'm having a bunch of things done, so I can't really break out the price of just the front bumper for you. Nice guys over there.

P.S. Natick Center is a b!tch to get to from SE Mass.

You talkin about finally putting on an M-Tech? Or just respraying what you have on there now?
