Read what I wrote earlier in the thread (well maybe not since it's so big now.) It's a semi-direct fit (just like a prefacelift coupe), but the only difference is, there are small gaps in the upper/inner corners of the headlights because of the slight difference in shape. If you see the hood on a white car, you can tell. On black, not so much. Similar visual effect to an OEM M3 rear bumper on a non-M with no modification. It works, but there's a small gap if you're looking.

Wrong.
If you bother to take the time to read the thread and have a look at the link I posted a few replies ago, you will see what is involved. Apologies for sounding fairly harsh (especially since im a fairly new member) but people have already taken the time to post this information. Thanks Barry |

Will an M3 BBK bolt right up on a 330? There is an M3 StopTech kit for sale here which would save me some money. If the caliper doesn't line up right, I know I can get a new bracket from StopTech, not a big deal.
I'm more concerned about the ebrake. I have the UUC wilwood 4 wheel kit (uses OEM M3 rotor sizes) and the OEM M3 rear rotors work fine with the 330 ebrake. I figure that it is safe to assume that the 330 ebrake will work with any M3 rotor that works with the M3 ebrake. But maybe I am missing something. All of my savings in getting this used kit will be eaten up if I had to swap in some new rotor hats in the rear for the ebrake. |

If anyone can help with these quick questions be much appreciated.
I have a late 2001 330i saloon sport facelift. The car is going to be fitted with a genuine CSL engine very shortly. To complete the mod I am interested in having the following additional bits to complete. M3 front wings/fenders and CSL front bumper M3 rear arch flares, I know it's possible with some big work M3 rear subframe and m-diff (if not gonna go quaiffe) If the body parts won't fit I think I will probably put on the wtcc body panels instead as I think I might be able to dig out some old contacts who still run these cars. Thanks in advance |

Gutted, I was hoping to chop the front edges from the fenders and then splice in the facelift turn signal corners, clearly thats not going to work period, looks like I will have to go for the Wide Body WTCC body style then........

Front Bumper:
![]() Difficulty: 4/10 DIY: Maybe. Installation: - Coupe: http://www.e46fanatics.com/howto/how...hp?howto_id=40 - Sedan: http://www.e46fanatics.com/howto/how...hp?howto_id=41 Part Numbers: - Re-Bar: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...29&hg=51&fg=15 - Bumper: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...81&hg=51&fg=15 This will fit on okay, but will need some tinkering to fit flush with the stock non-m fenders. Without modification, the bumper sits about an inch and a half forward and the sides flare out an inch or so; on a sedan, it's a slightly bigger gap. To fix this, some people opt for the OEM CF reinforcement bar and stretch the sides in a little bit, while others simply shave down the stock bar to allow the bumper to sit farther back. Safe Alternatives: - OEM Mtech2 front bumper (available at your local BMW dealership) - M3/ CSL replica bumper (available through many of the sponsors here at e46) ---[/QUOTE] Can you please look at this thread and let me know if the M3 bumper there will fit the 330Xi I have. http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthr...1#post12730973 Thanks |

M3 seats vs. sedan Sport seats
Anyone know whether the side panels of the front seats (w/ the power switches on one side) are same between the M3 seats and the power Sport seats (sedan)?

Just want to know if the M3 control arms will fit on a 2003 318 sedan?
Also, I have read all the post and has been told M3 brakes can be fit on 330 front but you guys are talking about 2 doors right? For my 318 sedan and I just want to change the caliper, is it just have to professionally machine off some mm of the metal? Just rear or front and rear? How much mm do they need to be taken off? 3mm? 4mm or 5mm? Do I need a new and bigger disc? I have roughly compare the size and the brake pad with my orginial one and they are look the same.

Now for the $64,000,000.00 Question: How do you keep from looking like a poser with all the M3 crap on your non M3 car?
