Newest Torture Device

The Prowler.....

Anyone ever messed around with one of these? I think this may give my rower a run for most brutal form of conditioning work. Here's a video of what you do with it:

Couldnt really dig in as the grass was wet and I was wearing my VFFs. I'll be using the track spikes from now on. Pushing on grass is ridiculously hard. It weighs about 60lbs by itself + 90 in weights on the video. If anyone ever has a shot to mess with one of these and wants to get a good conditioning shock to the system in, give it a go.

This is gonna make for a fun summer.......

There's a strength/conditioning facility near me that always uses that outside during the summer.

It's more easy to kill with a sword than with a gun.

A sword is more frightening than toy-looking gun like glock.

robbing with a sword is a good thing

There's a good reason they use them.... they're a great conditioning tool.

Seeing as I'm about 15 years removed from organized football, no one I know has one, and i'd never had the opportunity to use one, it is a bit special to me.

Thanks for the positive comment though!

I love the feeling I get from stuffing as many Doritos as I can into my face after sitting at a desk all day

Football sled, used to train on it, and the padded bodies are nice.

At first I was like why would he post about a new sex toy in the H&F section... then I was like

Awesome pick up, but the bar positions seem a little awkwardly positioned. Is this not the case?

I religiously trained on a scrum sled when I played rugby, definitely was one of the biggest contributors to the development of my legs.
