It's a heaving snatch balance. Bar on shoulders, snatch width grip, dip, drive the bar explosively up while pushing yourself underneath. Your feet should hit the ground the same moment as when your elbows lock out.

It's a great movement for building confidence in the snatch. You should be able to do this lift with more then what you can 1RM in a snatch.

No drugs for me man; the benefits don't outweigh the risks. I already have a pretty defined build, but my body is constantly changing (..along with my goals).

Naw....I don't want to make my fellow Fanatics - the people I've come to appreciate over the years - feel inadequate and ill-equipped.

Nice! What part of your workout was that? beginning, middle? You almost look like you're going to lose your balance a few times. :

Do you tend to flare out your toes more? I was doing 95 yesterday and really felt them pulling out.

No more then a regular squat.

If your toes are flared out more then this then your flexibility needs work.

Mine flare out a bit more than a back squat, but not much. Like fugarza said though, its a flexibility issue. Try holding the bottom of a squat position for a few minutes a couple times a day with you feet pointed straightforward as much as possible.

Helped me quite a bit doing that.
