It's a heaving snatch balance. Bar on shoulders, snatch width grip, dip, drive the bar explosively up while pushing yourself underneath. Your feet should hit the ground the same moment as when your elbows lock out.
It's a great movement for building confidence in the snatch. You should be able to do this lift with more then what you can 1RM in a snatch. Quote:

Do you tend to flare out your toes more? I was doing 95 yesterday and really felt them pulling out.
