Buy the whey protein of your choice and some carb powder. It'll allow you to control your intake better and is usually more cost effective. 100% Whey + Glycomaize is a good choice (both ON products).
I don't know what your metabolism is like, but most people do not need 250g of carbs at once. As for bodybuilding.com, I've been using them since 2003 or 2004 and they have always had fantastic service. They're honestly the most reliable company I can think of. Quote:
