If doing cardio within the same session at all, I do it after my weights.
My issue is, those of you who do it after, where do you place your pwo drink? I would think starting to sip it right after weights and during cardio would seem the most logical... seems like a better option than waiting til after cardio, thus a whole hour after weights.
