This was the exact point that I was attempting to convey in the other thread. Doing abs every day is overkill!

My Ride: E46 M3 Manual
Well it's one ab exercise 2-3 sets. Just to keep core strong. I know abs get worked out with legs and shoulders but some isolation won't hurt. For some reason after jumping rope doing abs feel great, if I don't jump rope for any reason I won't do abs either.

1-3 sets is good. It makes abs look more defined especially sides as they don't get worked out as much with legs, shoulders, and chest.
