Why would you want to? That, plus how would you stretch them? The door opening on the coupe is much longer than the sedan.

I didnt understand on how to make the m3 bumper fit a 330ci. I see its not flush with the fenders. it is sticking out.
What exactly would I need to do for it to be flush

Modification to the way the bumper mounts to the car. As described.

That said, how to modify the way the bumper mounts on the car so it can be flush?? I dont mind the tiny bit of bumper overlapping fender, but do mind the front having a gap between the headlights and bumper

Ok...
I read all 27 pages, and I'm nearly 100% certain that I didn't miss it. I installed M3 side skirts on my 2004 330 cab, and in the front the skirt doesn't line up to the fender liner, leaving a "hole" where the skirt and liner no longer meet up. I'm worried because this is going to let a whole bunch of snow and salt in where it can sit all winter.... Has anyone else run into this issue? And if so how did you fix it? Or did you just leave it? I was considering plastic welding M3 fender liners to mine to make up for the gap, or just cut up some fenders liners from work. Any other thoughts? Thanks a lot, Susannah

- OEM M3 clips (different from non-M clips) - 2 black plastic cover pieces (don't fit perfect on sedans) reference www.realoem.com ..

so I saw on a certain web site that the facelifted 330i fenders will fit the e46 M3 hood nicely.
Can anyone confirm this?

Not to be combative, but do you know for sure?
and How do you know? The site is selling the hood and insures me that it will fit only because of the face-lift. I tend to believe you because I would think I would see it on more face-lifted cars if it did fit. thanks for the response

Regardless, all sedan hoods and fenders are interchangeable. There's no real difference between any part of the prefacelift or facelift fenders besides the corners and sidemarkers. You can put a facelift sedan hood on a prefacelift sedan with no issues. You can put a facelift coupe hood on a prefacelift coupe with zero issues. You can't cross-breed between coupe and sedan though.

First sorry for my English ... and error to come
![]() I recently had the misfortune to be hit by someone who has not complied with STOP indicator. My car is an E46 convertible and want to do list for M3 parts: front wings wings back front hood side skirts front bumper rear bumper I need some prices and some links would be ideal It is NOT important that parts be new ... car will be fully painted ... and i want to change the color Thank you for your answers. |
