Fender replacement for 03 facelift sedan?

My car got scraped up by a young guy backing up a U-haul. There's a gouge in the bumper (not too noticeable), but the fender got scraped and dented.

Has anyone had any experience buying replacement fenders? I'm looking at this one on ebay:


I just want something that's going to fit properly. I'm thinking about going to an M-tech bumper also. I like the CSL front, but I think it says "I'm fast" whereas my 325xi drives more like "I'm chillin".

"Designed to match OE quality, durability, fit, and finish" - Pattern parts can be a pain in the a$$ and usually require allot of work to get them to fit properly. Get one from a breaker.
