I've not tried any of these yet. But I think I want to tackle the Rack of Lamb first.

lol... i do agree, but i must add to this

Shellfish.. you need to know how to prepare it, shuck, steam, boil, grill, whatever.... get your oyster and clam knifes ready!
Lasagna, a man's lasagna knows what fvcking time it is
Ultimate Loaded Burger... make a monster, put whatever in it, just make it and make it good
Man the grill and make some pizza's, most definitely
Last but not least... you need to make a good desert.. Bread pudding is simple and delish, so that would be on my list

ya you definitely have some goodo ones... the roux i would have never even thought about.

Roast Chicken? They are $5 at Sams Club perfectly cooked. Not something I care to "master".

I hope those aren't your pics because both the dumplings and the scallops were cooked at wayyyy too high of heat, and the scallops look like they weren't dried properly before cooking

I would add that a man should be able to prepare at least one DYNAMITE BBQ dish - ribs, brisket, pork shoulder, etc.

My personal choice is ribs
