My Ride: reclining rear seats
Fortunately nothing to report.

My wife did run across an interesting article the other day which gave us reason to believe that our incident(s) were not isolated. Apparently there have been a few of these going on in my town, then the suspects flee back to the hood.

But Webster Groves has had recent burglaries in which the front doors of homes were kicked in. In at least two cases, the homes were burglarized in daylight hours.
Interesting that the cop we talked to hadn't mentioned this. As usual, I wear my Glock in the house even on this quiet rainy Saturday.

I've been called crazy and paranoid for carrying around the house, but if you even keep 1 eye half open to the news, people would understand.

Break-in's, robberies, murders, rapes, etc don't just happen to people in bad neighborhoods, with unlocked doors and in the middle of the night.

If it takes you more than 2 seconds to have your firearm in your hand, it's useless. If someone kicks in your front door and you have to make a choice to go for your gun in your bedroom safe upstairs or run towards the threat which is downstairs where your wife is playing with your kids, it's too late.

Glad to hear things haven't gotten worse.

My Ride: Suburban LT 4x4
I don't carry in the house but I have a gun near me at all times. Arm of the couch, kitchen counter, etc.

I move a gun with me if I am not in a room that has a gun already.

I do carry in my yard, washing the car, etc.
