FCAB's Question

I installed Meyle HD FCAB's without replacing my control arms. Now, 4 months later my control arm tie rods are shot.

Since the FCAB's are relatively new is it possible to take them off without damaging them?

I was thinking that if I were to spray some windex or soapy water between the bushing and control arm pin and just try to wiggle them off un-harmed.

Thanks

if the bushings are that new they shouldn't rip when taking them off the control arm. especially since they're solid rubber unlike the oem ones.

Thanks! I'll be ordering new Meyle HD control arms and reporting back on how the FCAB's came out.

Finally got around to changing the CA's out. The 5 month old less then 8k miles on them Meyle HD FCAB's came out easily with some windex and about 5 minutes of wiggling them out of the Control arm!! There was no need for a press or jaw puller.
