Hard boil a bunch and just stick them in the fridge.

Fastest and healthy breakfast for me; 1 cup of milk with 1 scoop of protein. Then a pear with 2-3 tbs of almond butter.

My g/f made me this a few months ago and I love it for breakfast.

Plain oatmeal, add water, microwave for a couple mins, then add in a table spoon of peanut or almond butter, and a couple spoons of your favorite yogurt. Microwave again for another 30 seconds, stir and enjoy.

Multitask!

Let them boil while you're in the shower. You can eat them in the car on the way to work. Minimal cleanup and no loss of early morning sleepy time.

the reason i ask is that i just got 27 chickens for my lab, so i am going to have to start eating a shitload of eggs when they start laying. will i get fat eating eggs? i am 5'10" and 150 and am trying to get leaner. i run a lot and lift a little and don't want to add bulk.

I eat nature valley bars every morning. The ones that are hard as a rock but they are tasty with coffee.
