Problem with Ground-Control Latest Street Version Front Camber Plates for PSS9

I had problems to fit the race plates with the PSS9 because it didn't seat the spring firmly at the top. So they sent me the new street version for PSS9. Besides missing two washers (bought it for just 1) to tighten the plates on the top of the shock, all seemed to be okay now till i put it in place. The front is set it at 13" because i found to be the best confort/performance. But as the new plates is so far shorter than OEM, it was need to removed the smaller ring that sets the height, to lower the spring the max as possible in the shock.

Even with the spring at the lowest set, it was needed effort to put the plates in place and bolt the nut at the top of the shock. At this point i was already expecting the worst: stiffer ride and extreme drop. Unfortunally i confirmed my suspicions. The car was so low that i couldn't turn the wheel without rubbing the top of the fender. The reason was that beside plates combo being shorter, it also push the shock upper in the top strut.

It is impossible to raise the the spring in the shock because it will compress even more the spring make it extremelly stiff to ride. I put back the stock plates till GC find a solution.

For those that cares, it is a 2001 E46 M3.
