Clicking sound when pressing the window up/down button

Whenever I press the window button to either roll up or roll down my windows, I hear a single click come from the glovebox/fuse area. Even when my windows are fully up and I press the window up button, it makes the click sound. Same for the windows being down and pressing the down button. Does anyone know what it could be? The windows still work normally. Everything is still original in the windows so maybe the regulator is going bad?

Oh and I started hearing the click noise inside the door as well, not just the fuse/glovebox area.

I have the same single click from within the door when the window is about halfway up or down before it finishes traveling.

Anyone familiar with this?

The click in the door is the window regulator, a common problem.
