New to BMWs
Im new here and HI
to all of you,Well i finally purchased a car that ive always liked, i never really got into them or gained interest since i was a pretty big honda head but finally got tired of hondas and started looking for a new car, i came across a 2001 330i on the bimmer forums and loved how it looked now i hate the fact that it was already modified because im more of a built not bought guy but i just couldnt let the car pass up, so i bought it off zimmy330 for 10500 heres the list of mods.2001 E46 330i Sport Package Premium Package Steel Grey Steptronic Automatic Wood trim Grey Leather 108,700 miles Exterior Modifications: Most of these exterior mods were done about two years ago. M3 Replica front bumper Vorsteiner carbon fiber lip Hamman fog light covers ZHP rear bumper Hamman GTR side skirt/rockers (replica) CSL trunk lid in carbon fiber M3 replica side mirrors Body colored kidney grills AC Schnitzer rear window spoiler Depo Headlight with DDM 55w HID and Angel Eyes Depo smoked corners lights Depo smoked fog lights with DDM 55w HID Depo smoked side markers LED rear lights smoked Black Vinyl roof Engine Modifications: Engine replaced with a 50k miles unit 2 years ago Benfer Carbon Fiber CAI UUC TSE3 full exhaust Headers Supersprint replica Suspension: I did a complete suspension overhaul a little over a year ago with the following parts: Eibach Pro Street coil overs Meyle HD Front control arms with steel ball joint PowerFlex Urethan control arm bushings/housing Meyle Steering Tie rods left and right M3 Rear control arm bushings upper, lower, outer JT Design Aluminum Billet rear upper shock mount with urethane bushing M3 rear shock tower mount reinforcement plates PowerFlex Rear trailing arm bushings UUC Adjustable rear control arms UUC Swaybarbarian (new not installed yet) Wheels and Brakes O.Z. Racing Superleggera 3-piece (originally paid $4700) some of the lip has curb rashes. The curb rash could be removed for cheap or you can replace the entire lip from the Tirerack for $100 each. 19x 8 Front with 235/35/19 Nitto 555 19x 9.5 Rear with 265/30/19 Nitto Invo H&R wheel spacers (new not installed) Zimmermann Drilled rotors front and rear (brand new, installed last week) Akebono dustless pads front and rear(brand new, installed last week) UUC Steel brake lines (brand new, installed last week) Interior Modifications: Carbon Fiber wrapped trims (black CF) Carbon Fiber wrapped A-B-C pillars (Titanium silver CF) Bimmian interior xenon light kit **My interior modifications are few, because it was going to be the last project I was going to do, but I never got around to do it. Recent Maintenance: Zimmermann drilled rotors (installed a week ago) Akebono dustless pads (installed a week ago) UUC steel brake line (installed a week ago) Brake fluid bleed/flushed (a week ago) Steptronic transmission flushed with Redline oil and a genuine BMW filter about 10k ago. Driver window regulator (a week ago) Right front passenger window regulator (a week ago) Right rear passenger window regulator (a week ago) Front and rear wheel bearings replaced last year Bosch alternator (1 year) All new belts (1 year) Camshaft position sensors Intake and exhaust (1 year) Duralast 49DL battery (1 year ago) Windshield wipers replace with BMW Aero frameless wipers Windshield lower boot cover Coolant was flushed every 30k with BMW blue coolant Extra parts (not installed) UUC Swaybarbarian (brand new didnt have time to install it) Ignition coils (6) (Brand New) Pulse generator/sensor (brand new) Vanos seals rebuild kit from Beisan Systems (Brand new) Brake sensors - Front and Rear(Brand new) Rear control arm bushings Upper and Lower (Brand new) I still have most of the OEM parts that was swapped for the aftermarket parts. Such as oem headers, exhaust, trunk lid, air intake box, etc.. tell me what you guys think, i love it and i get looks everywhere i go! specially from the ladies! haha |

Ya they're the M3 reps but the stock squareish ones throw of the look.... So I'll stick to these for now.
