Looking for good ODB-2 software

I need to find an ODB-2 software that works with May production of 328Ci ( ie ODB connector in the engine compartment ). I have found http://www.odb-2.com and it looks very nice and $122 is a good deal ( much more limited Peake tool costs $149 see http://www.peakeresearch.com/index.shtml), but he does not support the round connector. Any pointers ?

May of what year? What are you wanting it to do?

AutoEnginuity with the BMW enhanced expansion will cover both the 20pin and 16pin connectors.
It also reads data from sensors and codes from all the systems in the car. Auto Trans, ABS, DSC, IHKA etc.
No module programming.
