2002 330 xi (rear ended/hit & run) - Searching for a rear bumper
Either its too early in the morning or I'm just plum dumb. I need a part # for the rear bumper that comes with the sports package. I'm hearing its a hard find and much more expensive than the normal bumper.
I miss my 330xi w/cold weather, sports, and premium packages. I'm back to driving my 2000 323i w/sports package. Sorry for the crummy pictures but you get the point. Last edited by Sheisty; 06-25-2011 at 10:34 AM. |

When I was looking on realoem and I was a bit confused. I just wanted to double check the part number. Most bumpers I'm finding for resale aren't exactly the same.
I believe its M TRIM PANEL, BUMPER, REAR (SA715). I want to find the same design as what I had, but it doesn't have to necessarily be OEM. New or used is fine. This would be a Mtech1 rear correct? If so, where can I find this OEM or replica E46 MTech I for a 330xi (sedan) Last edited by Sheisty; 06-25-2011 at 11:00 AM. |

This is probably what you are looking for the m1 retrofit. The bumper I would just order online somewhere or you could even just go back to oem or get another bumper. |

You may be able to find one close that is already painted the right color. |

I don't need it painted. I want the bumper, trunk, and side panels painted together. Thanks for the link. Checking it out now.

I'm not going to half ass it, if I would change it I would do a full body kit not just a rear. Right now for this car I like to keep it as factory as possible. A 330xi with this factory setup (mtech I) is very uncommon over here, so I rather keep that tiny bit of distinction.
