Really is not that dirty ammo for me...Federal is a bit cleaner but not by much. Some real dirty ammo was Wolf, shot 200 rounds of it in my XD 45. Did not have any issues with it though. Wolf and Tula will go bang every time for me.

My personal preference for range ammo is Winchester WB. My Glocks pretty much eat everything though. Actually for a strange reason...I missed the Glock 21...took it out and cleaned it tonight to keep in the car with me. I love the hell out of that gun. Next time....it gets more trigger time at the range than the Kimber.

I prefer Federal American Eagle or Speer Lawman for my factory practice ammo. They're both the same thing since they're made by ATK. However, I get cases of PMC Bronze 9mm 115gr FMJ locally for $220, which is a great deal for me, and they always have tons of it on-hand. Oddly enough, PMC Bronze is also my favorite 5.56 training ammo. It's military spec with the crimped primers and everything, but they're more reliable than Federal XM193.

I shoot the cheap stuff, but carry the good stuff

Depends on what I carry. Tonight brushed the dust off the tried and true Glock 21....with 13 rounds of CorBon. Fits perfect in the side pouch of the Porsche 911. Had to give my Glock 26 a break for a while. Sitting locked up with +2 mag ext with 12 rounds of Golden Saber....I love those for the 9mm.

I tend to shoot at least 300 rounds of ammo every week, so WWB or Federal for me. And, I am always polite and give my brass away to the ones who ask me...the follow me around when I shoot the 45....I am too lazy to reload.

Finally broken in and has no issues. Took about 550 rounds...but now seems rock solid. The Mobil 1 is the best lube I have used on it, tried a few others and slide glide. Right now, the weapon will eat pretty much any ammo...including Wolf...not that I would run it again, but had to try it for reliability tests.
