My Ride: 2001 BMW 330Ci
Question Mysterious Wire

I'm not sure what this wire goes to its hanging down under the the right fog light, but it works and so do the front and side indicators. Anybody know what it goes to? I have a 2001 BMW 330Ci with Sport and Premium Packages,

My Ride: 2002 330i
There's supposed to be some round sensor that gets clipped to the bottom of the wheel liner. I don't remember what it's for though.

I recall several incidents of it being the cable that's hooked up to headlight washers on equipped vehicles, but I'm not 100%.

It's the sensor that tells you when you're about to curb the underside of your bumper, looks like it might not be working. Actually, I do think it's the wheel liner sensor thingy.
