Passing Cat monitor with catless headers.

Has anyone achieved this? I have tried for the past year with no luck.

Please don't respond by saying "o2 spacers worked for me" simply because you have no MIL. This thread is for finding a solution to pass the Cat monitor, spacers simply do not achieve this.

I haven 't tried o2 simulators but for see them setting a "downstream o2 response" code which would prevent the cat monitor from running.

The only reliable solution other than a retune to disable the post cat sensors is to simulate them with an Innovate LC-1. I think everything you need to know about hooking up an LC-1 can be found here:

You are correct that spacers and generic simulators won't solve your problem. I know the LC-1 can be programmed to work successfully with the MS43 DME, I don't recall if anyone has actually done this with an MS45 DME but I think at least one member may have (lkstaack).
