Agreed. The ability to carry 16rds of ammunition is a great asset, and the pistol has a lot of control.
If you're going to CCW a G19, an IWB holster is your best bet. There are many tuckable holsters on the market, and they're the best option. I personally use a CrossBreed SuperTuck for my G27, but I've carried my G22 in there before just to do it. No problems whatsoever.

Just and update.... Sold my Kahr P45 for $475 and picked up a used G19 for an even trade. I may have left a few bucks on the table but this thing is flipping awesome!

They are pretty good guns. Friend had a problem with his jamming though. I thought about getting one, but went with the Glock 26. Might be getting a Glock 27 soon, I just love the Glocks and get them at mil/LEO prices. Kahr is pretty expensive to me for what you get. Just my personal opinion.

Kahrs are strictly carry guns, which sort of irks me. They need to make a couple higher capacity pistols. Thing is, their larger frame pistols are like if Glock was trying to compete directly with the 1911. There is no good reason for a full frame single stack polymer striker fired pistol, IMO.

Do you know if you got a Gen 3 or Gen 4? I love my Glock 19. When I was shopping for a new one, I had a tough time finding a shop that still had Gen 3s left, as I didn't want a Gen 4. Too many inconsistencies with it, although I do like the large magazine eject.

I got a Gen4. Why did you have a preferance for Gen 3?

Besides the online complaints, this video made me choose the Gen 3..... check out 3:18 specifically.

That is crazy, I have put about 750 rnds through it now and not one FTF. I'll have to look into the complaints because this is my carry gun. I didn't see any terrible reviews before I bought it.

It's a glock, you will never see any terrible reviews. It's still an excellent gun. However, the gen 3 seemed to be the perfect gun so I opted for that.

The problems that arose were related to the first runs of the G22 and G17 due to Glock putting in the wrong recoil springs. They have since fixed that problem. To date, there have been no further demonstrable deficiencies to arise from the design.
