as for lsd/ rear subframe. If im going to be tearing all of that down anyway to install reinforcements, should i just buy a complete rear end off a parted m3? Or would that be a bad idea?

Seems like overkill but on the other hand I guess it would get you an LSD and the ability to replace all the bushings without having the car up in the air...

yeah thats what i was thinking, but if im gonna do reinforcements the rear end is coming down anyway. And for the price of the m3 rear i could prob just get a brand new lsd. How do u like the quaife?

The Quaife sounds good because it lasts forever, but the clutches in the aftermarket clutch-types last a very long time from what I hear. The clutch-types do need more frequent gear oil changes but that's ok with me.

Don't forget to prep yourself...use lots of lube because nothing prepares you for for the excitement that an HPF gives you...makes you feel like the world is moving slow lol.

Here are some pic's of my used AA stage 2 kit... (what's mising)
HELP!!!!!
I purchased a used AA stage 2 supercharger kit on craigslist a while back and I'm gettingn ready to intall.... ![]() Here are some pic's. I'm tring to figure out if I need anything else besides 1. Rotex supercharger Oil. 2. AA ECU programing. (Cost?) I noticed on a install guide from AA that I downloaded online (see Attached PDF), that it calls for the intallation of a FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR , but the guy that sold it to me assures me that it does not. Can someone please clarify. Am I missing anything else for my SC Install???? |
