They've been "developing" that for the past two years, I'll believe it when I see it. It would be nice to have something closer that ran on the banks (faster straight speeds) but the transitions to the infield and the banks themselves are hard on tires. It would be cool to have though to switch things up.

Anybody know where to go (in town) to get really aggressive tires for track? My friend needs some for his Hyundai.

Why doesn't ge save money and go to tirerack, then have NTB mount them?

IDK, He seems to think that he wont have time to get them shipped and mounted before wed., witch is probably a fair assumption.

His Dad's dealership would probably mount and balance

Well I'm finally taking the next and final step into the land of no return. On the list of things to remove are as follows:

Moonroof, replacing with CF panel
Headliner
A, B, & C pillars
All carpet and sound deadening
Everything AC related
Front side windows, motors, and everything else related
Replace rear 1/4 and rear window with 1/8" lexan
Thining wiring harness

I think that may be it for now.

The audio harness is all seperate from the cars main harness so it should be easy. The hard part will be getting rid of the window, mirror, moonroof, etc. wiring. If it's not in the car now the wires are coming out. The nav/audio harnesses alone sell for 200 bucks.

I doubt I could ever successful pull something like this off. The car would most certainly not run for a very, very, very long time

I think I'm just gonna order some Jeff, there is a company that makes them pre cut and pre formed to match the oem stuff. I'm not really in the mood to fabricate anything.

I dont care anymore. Ive got my 24lbs wheels and all of my interior and truck, including spare.

In 7 years, park your car outside for 7 days during freezing winter, or 7 days in 100+ heat from the sun and then try to start it

Then you do what I do and have two batteries. I have a lightweight battery and a optima yellow top for the winter.
