Hello folks:

I was interested in the box so I contacted Carbonio to obtain a bit of info as they did not have it on their web site
(the air intake is all they have: http://www.carbonio.com/performance/...01-intake.html)

I asked them about the box and they were adamant that they do not and never have made such a product. The guy I spoke with (Paul) noted that at one point they had the idea of making a CSL replica but had decided against it. I wanted for him to be absolutely certain so I had him type in the web address to this thread and check the OPs posting and he confirmed that this is NOT a Carbonio product.

Which begs the question: Who actually did manufacture this piece?

Mistakes do happen so I will let the OP elaborate for everyone's benefit.

I will be calling Carbonio myself. The person who I bought this from said it was made by Carbonio. I never got a copy of a reciept or anything so I have no proof.This is still a quality csl airbox which I ran on my car. I am also asking $1350 witch is a very good price.

I contacted the the person I bought it from and he said if was made by PTG. Mystery solved.
