If you look at the ads for these kits it specifically says pro install only. They are a universal and require fabrication. It sounds like that's not you so I wouldn't go near it. But if you do want to do some fabrication just get an ebay exhaust manifold, ebay turbo, ebay intercooler and BOV. Fabricate your own piping, buy some silicone bends, some injectors and an ECU and make your own kit. Don't think you will get out of it for anything less than 5-6k in parts, your time and tuning costs. And that is doing on the cheap with ebay parts option.

thanks for the reply bro, I was going to take it to my mechanic who deals with euro cars for the install, so u think those kits won't do the job ?? Or r they non reliable ? Wut other option do u have besides a turbo to get some kick ?

Those ebay turbo kits are universal. Meaning you won't use half the stuff in the kit. Plus you need a exhaust manifold for your car. You better off buying the parts seperate off ebay if you want to piece together a cheaper DIY kit. I would be talking to your mechanic before buying anything though. They might not be too keen to do a custom install and if your paying someone to install this for you, you won't get much change out of 10k for the install and tune on top of the 5-6k on parts. DIY kits are only cheaper if you actually DIY, not take it to someone and say do it.

You best option by the sounds of things would be a bolt on supercharger kit. Talk to AA about it.

For starters, there's a entire sub-forum here dedicated to forced induction where this post would be most appropriate. Next, those aren't turbo "kits", they're collections of parts which may or may not prove useful in fabricating a working turbo system for your car (and none of them include tuning). You're in CA? There are no CARB certified turbos, are you planning to bribe yourself some smog police? If you really do have an M54 and not an M56 and you don't care about the hassles of dealing with this in CA, talk to Technique Tuning about their turbo. I don't think Nick has an off the shelf kit for the 325 but he may simply need access to a car to develop the tune on.

Dude, the biggest problem here is, even if you were to install all this and get it rigged up, you would then need to get it tuned (cost at least 1000 to have done properly). I would just suggest saving up for an active or vfe supercharger.
