For Sale: Sprint Booster for E46 M3

This is a brand new Generation 2 unit with 3 selectable programming feature. Purchased from Peak Performance Automotive in Sydney 2 months ago with receipt to prove. Brand new unit, never been fitted. Covered with 10 months warranty left on it.

I'm selling to rise funds for some new tires on the car. Comes with box, installation instruction.

PeakRPM site says for 2002-2006. I can't see why it wouldn't work on a 2001? Any ideas.

Which make year 2001 car are you asking ?

I'm guessing its because of the throttle is controlled by wire on post 2001 models (drive by wire) as oppose to the conventional throttle cable. Twin VANOS as well. Basically M52 motor compared to M54.

It is a well known fact that the factory sports button on the E46 M3 is too responsive. It is next to impossible to start and stop smoothly without the car jerking in slow traffics.

This unit will replaced the sports button with 3 settings, OFF, SPORT and RACE settings.
