Were you ever stranded on the road by your car?... Even though my car runs great, I feel a bit concerned about taking it on long routes any more... since it crossed 100K
No, I've never been stranded on the road; however I do understand the concerns about taking a 100k plus vehicle on long trips, those are all in the mind. If you do the maintenance at the correct intervals your car will serve you well. It's all about taking care of your tools so they in-turn will take care of you. I'm planning on going at least 500,000 miles. Just my two and a half cents worth.

That makes me feel really good

BTW, can you just share briefly, what comes in your 60K service interval? Or what maintenance schedule you follow?
There are so many out there, one by BMW off course, and some other :|
Thanks.
