DDM Tuning HID kits.

Holy moly, maybe I can get some help on here since I can't seem to get it through DDM's website or call center!

Aside from the fact that they never respond and everything I've ever ordered from them in the past two years has been busted.... I've been waiting nearly three weeks for a response in regards to a bad ballast So, I'm getting a little angry.... especially since I cannot drive my car at night without a headlight

The first ballast that went bad was replaced about a year ago. The replacement they sent was a beefier ballast and still works fine.

The second ballast failed on me about 3.5 weeks ago. In order to mail it in for the replacement, I need to verify whether it's the ddm variety or the Raptor. Bottom line: I DON'T KNOW HOW TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE. I've tried calling them and emailing them, opened multiple trouble tickets... no response. Not gonna waste the shipping cost to send the busted sucker in if it's not the kind covered under their warranty.

Obviously, I won't be ordering anything else from them... but for the time being, I'd LOVE a working pair of headlights Little help here?

Thank you!

Brand new is great, as long as it's cheap! In theory, I should be getting a brand-spankin' new ballast for free from ddm to remedy the broken one. But, so far that hasn't panned out...
