Hi Guys Im trying to share with you my experience in the body conversion and parts, of my e46 Sedan to M3, I uploaded an album. Hope you like it if you can access, let me know I will be glad to answer any question and leave your comments positive or bad!, I can always improve.

Very nice! High quality bodywork indeed. However, the paint matching wasn't exactly spot on. All you're missing is a M3 hood and you're done.
But still a very nice project!

You should keep an eye out for a OEM M3 hood. They may make your wallet heavier and use the saving towards some lowering components.

Damn that is a hard question, Xar cost me like 6k sedan 2002 325i, and probably put in 10k. Wheels, Tires, OEM front (with the fiber bumper reinforment), Oem Back, Exhaust, Welding, Making the Front Fenders, All the lower plastics Inner fenders.(interior custom Leather panels,the complete alarm system,ipod adapter).. its crazy DONT DO IT lol... (dont forget LABOR and Material)...
if you need more especific details on any mod I can probably tell u a number. |

dont want the OEM m3 hood, I moded this one waiting on a Carbon Fiber one, and on next pay-check $$$ .

newe46fan regarding the Paint, I just took it out of the shop, they will still work on make it shinny. I don't know what they do actually, but was expensive paint bout 1.5k.

yes parts I really want is the Fiber Hood, Fiber Mirrors(if I dont get good ones Ill just go with the Oem's M3), and Custom Seats read alot of Ciphers seats. around 400dlls. they look nice.

Very nice, especially the body work to make the rear bumper fit. How did you run the exhaust? Picts?

B_Cyrus Im thinking of a V8 to this car, getting a crushed bmw at copart and removing all the engine, wiring etc. it will at least take me 6months for something like that. and lots of $$$ because im always traveling so a friend needs to do it for me.

Lemonsqr it has the stock sedan 325i engine right now, they joined the exhaust. I dont have pics and the fuel canister all the back was modded also and welded, lots of work hours in the back. =S Im glad im thru this lol.
