Peaked Codes & VANOS

Hi all,

I just got my peaked scanner after my engine light turned on. I has my BMW 325i 2001 scanned in the auto repair (they have a bmw scanner). Now, I know that the car has a problem with the VANOS and with o2 sensors. However, I would like to know how to read this codes.

19 - 08 - 67 - 68 - 19 - 37 - 97

My second question is that I found that the most common (an known) problem with the VANOS are the seals. I ordered the seals from Beisan System (I got them 3 days ago) and I am planning to change them this weekend. Now, my question is that I dont know if changing the seals would solve the problem.

I have read several threads about people, with malfunctioning VANOS, who have changed the seals, but they have not said anything about the codes that I had gotten before they changed the seals.

So, far I know ia have a problem with the Vanos, Oxy sensors and Air mass sensor.
It would be much appreciated if you guys help me to understand the codes. Something like "19" (first number) means the table and "08" the problem. "67" means the table and "68" the code.

Best
