Install came out great by the way. Kevin... I'll post up pics later this weekend after Bimmerfest East.

You do not need to remove the armrest if you have one. The only thing that needed to be removed was the trim piece surrounding the shift knob area - the CF console tucks under this and no adhesive is necessary on the bottomside of the CF console. It's quite secure and looks amazing! Thanks for selling this to me.
