The Before and After thread!!

It's usually the same few guys in here, kind of a tight knit group id like to say. This may be a motivation booster, who knows. I know all of us have the before and afters.

before. 6'0. 187 lbs. was always husky. Started a great weight training program

After. 6'0 201 LB's. about a year or so later?

post up! at the end of the day, the only thing that matters is results!

Nice results.. I'm currently sitting on a before picture which has looked the same for the past 3 years, being 6'3 at 180lb.

Currently at 190, goal is 220 by end of this year.. hopefully then I'll have an after picture

lol, thanks fellas. For awhile now I've been dealing with a lot of personal crap and the gym was no longer a priority for the most part. However, things finally started looking a bit better a few months ago and I was in a better place. Recently started hitting the gym hard again and snapped these a couple weeks back, so this is how I currently sit at ~190lbs. I'm happy to be back on track though and can't wait to add some more size this upcoming year
